Corporate Sponsors

Wings of Eagles Discovery Center’s corporate sponsors are an integral part of the success story for our organization! Our corporate sponsors help WEDC with overhead costs, Summer of Innovation Camps, Saturday STEM Classes, and much much more. Wings of Eagles Discovery Center could not support as many area youths as we do without them. Our volunteers and staff are truly grateful for them as we continue to move forward helping children gain knowledge and confidence to become self sustaining adults. Thank you!

Gold Level Sponsors

  • The Hillard Group – The Hillard Group is a major sponsor of WEDC. For this, we are eternally grateful. This organization has helped WEDC’s youth programs and other areas within our organization a great deal; we couldn’t have survived Covid without them.
  • SkyWorks LLC – Horseheads, NY – Skyworks is a major contributor for WEDC’s success. Skyworks supplies the lifts so that we can create new and exciting aviation displays as well as maintain our historical aircraft. We couldn’t create the wonderful experiences without them!
  • Anonymous Horseheads Donor – This sponsor our Summer of Innovation for area youths. Much of the funds from this sponsor goes into scholarships to provide our area youths STEM classes. In 2021, challenged us to incorporate Civics into our classes. Wings of Eagles Discovery center took up this challenge and began to incorporate civics and social emotional health and decision making into our STEM curriculum. Using civics and the duties of citizenship, we have begun to teach and reteach skills of communication, leadership, and service. We began to introduce and teach along with our stem curriculum the social emotional competencies which include: self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.

Our Silver Level sponsors are everyday local sponsors that help our organization to continue to support area youths and the organization as a whole. These sponsors hold a special place for WEDC as they provide sponsorship for local events and scholarships for area youths.
