- Wings Kitchen is an OPEN space that can be utilized for (usage & cleaning fees apply):
- Caterers can use the space for an event held at WEDC
- Extra kitchen space for the day to support any local caterers
- Any member that needs extra space where a larger kitchen is needed for the day (Example: jelly making day)
- Cooking classes
- anything else you can dream UP!
The WEDC Kitchen space supplies only the basic kitchen appliances and you must supply all cooking utensils, pots, pans, knives, etc. We have a double convection oven, double gas range with 2 ovens and 10 eyes, 2 industrial refrigerators, and dishwasher.
